Business Central (AL)
In 2022 we upgraded the NAV2009 system at my workplace to Business Central, and I entered the ERP world as the lead of that near year-long rollout project. The system went live successfully in the spring of 2023.
During the rollout I handled contact with the reseller and the key users, coordinated the participants, wrote the Functional Requirement Document (FRD), tested the scheduled tasks, tracked the budget and the certificates of completion, and trained my team.
Since then I have worked on the production side of the system, where I have built 30 reports, including production orders, delivery note layouts and capacity ledger reports, 14 custom list pages and the extensions below.
